Delivery or product problems
For a missing parcel, include the delivery address and tracking number if available. For an item that arrived damaged, is incorrect or has a part missing, describe the issue and include photographs if useful. We will explain the next steps and any applicable remedy.
Returns and privacy requests
Before returning an item, contact us for approval and a prepaid return label. For a privacy access, correction or complaint request, identify the information or issue and provide a contact method; we may need to verify your identity. Our returns policy and privacy policy explain the processes.
